Wall Rubbing of the Head of Seti I

Wall rubbing of Seti I wearing a wig and the sacred uraeus, the rearing cobra used as a sign of sovereignty or divine authority. The rubbing was taken by Giovanni Battista Belzoni (1778-1823) with Alessandro Ricci in 1817-1820 for his exhibition in the Egyptian Hall, Piccadilly, London in 1822.
