Roman Bronze Roundel with a Bust of a Young Barbarian
His head slighted tilted to the right with thick hair. His pendant, a Bulla, used to be worn by Roman children who were born free. This representation underlines the phenomenon of acculturation in the Roman Empire and the desire to reach the rank of citizen of the Empire.
