Roman Bronze Mouse

Deaccessioned at Christie's New York, Arms and Armour from the Mougins Museum of Classical Art sales, the 30th January 2024. Depicted crouching on an integral base, holding a nut up to his mouth between his front paws. A fine slender tail curling around his right flank.
