Romano-Celtic or Gallo-Roman Bronze Horse

With movements like the latter, it lifts its right leg. It wears a collar with small holes representing studs into which semi-precious stones may have been inserted. Mane is rendered by short, parallel strokes, the tail by long parallel lines. Ears are pricked up, listening, and eyes, nostrils and mouth are delicately rendered.
