Greek Bronze Helmet of Corinthian Type

Hammered from a single sheet of bronze, with crested dome offset and concave neck protector. Long pointed check pieces with holes for attachment of chin straps at the base, and finally contoured eyes and thick nose-guard. Punched decoration around rim, eyes and nose-guard and anthemion palmette motif on each side of cheek.
