Greek Bronze Helmet of Pilos Type

A tall bronze skull set off from a broad brim, reinforced inside. Short neck-guard plate and curved, long cheek-pieces on tube hinges. The crown of the helmet sull is reinforced with a cap decorated with radiating lines, surmounted by a three-fold, "W" shaped, curved plume socket appliqué on a strong iron bar.
