Villanovan Bronze Votive Shield

Shield plate decorated with concentric circles of boss ornaments and embossments, the circles close to the centre divided into four sections by ornamental stripes arranged in a cross shape. On the inside a riveted bronze strap handle (length 6 cm) as well as a ring with amulet (length 5 cm) in form of a stylised human figure.
