Byzantine Gold and Green Quartz Pendant Cross

The byzantine gold and green quartz cross pendant has hollow cylindrical arms capped by domed terminals with a central pyramid of granulation, the arms tapering into the oval bezel set with a large milky green root emerald cabochon, surmounted by ribbon suspension loop.
