Chalcidian Greek Bronze Helmet

The skull has a central ridge and a pronounced contoured gable on the brow, which ends in a large volute spiral on each side. Tall, sharply offset flaring neck-guard, with a transverse reinforcement swelling and offset rim. Riveted hinges for the curved cheekpieces.
