Jason Ploughing the Field and Sowing Dragon's Teeth

While Jason, leader of the Argonauts, is ploughing the land with yoked oxen, the scene depicted in the left background represents a different event. It portrays Jason in a field, sowing dragon's teeth which would grow into giants.
